Located in Etiler, Beşiktaş, İstanbul, Okutopya is a children’s books library offering 10 thousand titles in Turkish and over 1 thousand titles in English of books carefully selected and displayed for their readability or literary value.

Established in 2019, Okutopya is a privately run library (by a children’s book author Görkem Kantar Arsoy) aiming to instill a joy of reading and lifelong reading habits in children age 3 and 10 while working together with families to create book loving kids.
